g-dub 0 Posted April 17, 2005 i knew cyl no.1's compression was down, but today on the way to clean her she became ill when i stopped to get some petrol i noticed black smoke coming from the engine bay, i'm guessing the piston ring has given up and has covered the bay in oil no GTI festival and no BIG BANG for me boo-hoo i'm back in the 1.0 micra, please don't abuse me i'm fragile anyone else get fed up with the bloody money pit, don't worry i will fix it but my ears will take another bashing from the wife on how rediculos the car is and how much i've spent, and how it's going and whats next you could have had a mint camper buy now (i could agree with that one) etc Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
