Uni Final year project....engine managment!

Recommended Posts

OK, how about a PIC controlled dash setup using LCD displays to show speed, revs, boost/vacuum, oil temp and pressure, water temp and Air/Fuel ratios?

That'd be a good one to do IMHO... 8)

Now that's a cool idea and probably not too hard to do either...

Well it had crossed my mind, but it really depends on age. Girls sixth form assembly could be alright tho

Seriously though if you fancied doing someting like that (which will be fairly marketable as more syncro diffs break and the haldex unit is both stronger and readyily available.)

Obviously porting the entire 4motion electricery is well beyond most peoples wants and needs so there is a gap for a simplified controller - and obviously I am interested because I am one of these people! :D

Where abouts in the country are you?

if you are interested then I will pm you with the details of the spec that I fancy setting up. I have some pretty cool ideas :D

I work in Cambridge during the week, and in Shrewsbury at the weekend.

PM me what you'd like to do if you like, and I'll see if its feasible
