Which insurance company? I've only got 6 points guv

It's insurance renewal time for my VR again - oh bugger!

 

Problem is i got another 3 points this afternoon. Unmarked Octavia VRS on the A331 near Farnborough.

 

So i have 6 points, milltek stainless steel cat back and BMC CDA air filter, everything else is completely standard, i have 6 years no claims.

 

I'm currently with Tescos. I think that with more than 3 points they tell you to look elsewhere?

 

Please name a few that you are with or would recommend, i'm in the Corrado Club of Great Britain; perhaps some insurance companies will give discount?

 

Any suggestions would be appreciated :)

adrian flux just gave me a nice low quote and ive got 6 points same age as you but ive got 8 yrs no claims..also declared all me mods, 748 lowest quote ive had for years! also try elephant as long as ya not gonna do too many mods they're a good one to be with.

I work for Churchill and my only advice would be to phone as many companies as you can. Elephant go for young drivers as do a new Irish entry into the market called Quinn Direct. The best thing to do is try the providers mentioned above and then get a copy of Max Power (I know I know!) and try the companies in the back as they all focus on young drivers with convictions.
