radodale 0 Posted July 4, 2005 have a set of 8" design 90's and have been advised to go for a 205 40 16 tyre to get the look i want. i am however having problems in locating a good set. the best ones so far i can find seen to be yokohama a520. wondering if anyone could recomend a particular model that are good? MattWilde 10 Posted July 5, 2005 i can't fault goodyear eagle f1 gsd3 tyres, had no trouble getting 215/40/16's for my old car although i know 16's are tough to find
stevemac 0 Posted July 5, 2005 205/45R16's or 215/40R16's would be better - if you can get them. IMO - the sidewalls on 205/40R16's would be too small for 8" wide wheels.
StormVR6 0 Posted July 5, 2005 http://www.mytyres.co.uk/ Show a huge range, deliver to your door and give you recommended local fitter details. Most of the tyres also come with reviews, not a bad site.
