i did a spare one,spent hours doing it then realised all the linkage was fecked :lol:

 

so i did the one on the car while its awaiting new charger.

No pics as not finished it yet, decided its not polished enough inside and it needs a damn good clean on the outside

have you done both halves m8?

 

you can venturi the end of the entry bit,i did this and used it on the car with the other half left standard.

 

gave a noticeable difference in throttle snappiness!

What particular Dremmel bits did you use to grind away and polish, everything I used seemed to last a couple of minutes before disintegrating - your pics have given me something to aim for now

i had the same problem m8 :(

 

i used the bits with emory paper on,and also tried the grinding stone things...

 

in the end i found it easier to use a file!

 

then moved on to rough emory paper/sand paper/wet n dry getting smoother/fine wire wool and then a metal polish such as autosol to finish 8)
