removing bbs rc centre caps

HI, bit of a simple question if you have these wheels but having just bought a car with a set on i dont want to damage them.

just need to know if the centre caps are threaded on, or do they just pop of with the carefull use of a screwdriver?

threaded on dude. Should come with a tool (crap really!).

 

I used to use an old piece of wood wrapped around a cloth and hammer lightly to tighten and losen.

While were on the topic of BBS RCs I've got a set which I bought a few weelks back, what I wanted to now was what is the correct tyre pressure for thes wheels on a 2.0l 16v, they are 17" with 205 40 tyres.
