a few questions from a n00b!

Recommended Posts

hi guys, im new to the forum, so please bare with me!

ok, i will be looking for a car in the next few months (and a corrado is on the shortlist)

here are my questions:

1) why do some VR6s have red badges!?

2) what is the exterior differences between a G60 and VR6, does the G60 have a different front valence? or does it look different because it sits lower?

3) why is is so hard to find a black VR6 with leathers!!?

4) are there any major issues or things to look for when buying a VR6? (100k miles+ on the clock)

thanks for your time guys :)

Hi :)

1) The earlier ones have combinations of colour-coded and red badges (depending also on the colour of the car I think) whereas the later cars tended to have chrome badges. Don't take this for granted though as I'm sure lots of people have swapped them over.

2) The VR has a humped bonnet to fit the VR engine under. The wings are also slightly wider. That's the basics - if you use the search it's been covered :)

3) I guess black is a popular colour and most people keep hold of theirs!

4) Check out the buying guide.... http://www.the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5124
