1Gav 0 Posted December 7, 2005 the rear glass is easy enough to get out, you just need the right cutting equipement. I mean, tailgate glass. Otherwise it'd be refered to as the rear quarters. By the way, make sure you treat the rust otherwise it'll just come back.
Taggart 0 Posted December 7, 2005 I was just gonna file/sand it, is it worth using Kurust as well?
Kevin Bacon 5 Posted December 7, 2005 So I can just pull the rubber bit off round my rear window and it'll go back in easy? I've got a bit of rust developing under the rubber I want to get sorted ASAP. Yep....it might not go back in 'easy' though! Just yank it out and fill the gap with some B&Q mastic :-)
Supercharged 2 Posted December 7, 2005 Yep....it might not go back in 'easy' though! Use a bucket of warm soapy water and be careful not to twist it where it's joined (a weak point)
