Stan 24v 0 Posted December 15, 2005 My drivers door rubber is slightly coming away from the window. Its the part towards the rear of the drivers door that the window slots in to. Its not quite flush all of the way down and it causes a draft. Its hard to say more than that without a pic, sorry. I havent got the car at the mo. Anyone know what Im talking about? Can you offer some advice? Does it roll back around towards the window? PS if someone has a close up of a door, I can circle the area I mean
Stan 24v 0 Posted December 15, 2005 Got a pic. Its as if its peeling/rolling away from the window, as if being caught in the wind, if that makes sense :?
Supercharged 2 Posted December 16, 2005 There is a metal strip underneath that goes rusty and may distort the rubber, I think you can remove it and hammerite it but i've not tried... The seal itself is £110 + vat from VAG!
