steve @ 0 Posted January 1, 2006 The interior fan on my VR has decided to start playing up. I can only get any air on the last setting (4th I think) and when I do it makes a nasty loud sound from the passenger side of the car. Is something buggered? It has been fine up until yesturday. steve @ 0 Posted January 1, 2006 Well I ve taken the fan apart cleaned and lubed it up which cured the noise. Took the dial apart cleaned the copper conector up etc but that hasnt cured it so must be the resistor which looks like its already been change previously. Valerian 0 Posted January 1, 2006 Thermal fuses do not have a great life span .......the older your motor gets the shorter the life span of the thermal resisitor will get.
