mrbeige 0 Posted January 18, 2006 Just wondering if anyone will be going down to Stealth on the 31st? Going to be there for a while, having the rear bushes done!

Kevin Bacon 5 Posted January 18, 2006 Mrbiege, I'll confirm my definite booking date when I get it from the Vincemeister ;-) OK VR6, great sig! The arch gaps look spot on and not too big for 18s suprisingly! Nifty ;-)
OK VR6 0 Posted January 18, 2006 That pic was from when I bought the car back in march last year. The rims are curbed now and one is slightly buckled  Might be looking at getting some B2s
Furkz 0 Posted January 18, 2006 £300 seems a lot...
Roger Blassberg 0 Posted January 18, 2006 Yes, my specialist (very possessive, you notice....) has quoted 4hrs labour plus the parts. Not much change out of £250, plus VAT. Will let you know exactly next week. Best wishes RB
Kevin Bacon 5 Posted January 18, 2006 I think Stealth's price of £300 is for the VR6 as you have to replace the rear brake bias valve aswell (needs to be sawn off) and also reterminate the brake lines if they need cutting off the BV....which is quite common. Should be cheaper on the 4 pot cars as you don't need to take the BV off.
.Rich. 0 Posted January 18, 2006 Any idea of price if i supplied the parts?

I'm getting the load proportioning valve changed at the same time, as it has seized for the fourth time, so that is why its £300+vat for mine, otherwise it would be a bit cheaper as mine is a four pot.....sorry for creating any confusion guys
Guest Posted January 19, 2006 Well that saves me calling Stealth to find out how much I should be saving for my rear bushes. How much will top mounts be? Then it's just another ABS sensor (seems to be an annual occurance) and another sensor for engine temp or something that the RR day threw up! Anyone fance a trip in March or April???
