Oh Dear - That does not sound good.

Just got my C back from my local specialist and on the VAG comm print out "multiple comm errors" was all it could say about my ABS and traky controll.

Not sure what to do now, I only run it in summer and cant wait for dry roads but this is getting me down.

Any ideas??

Could they not look at the ABS for you? Or check the ECU?

 

If you need the number of an ecu genius/remapper/repairer then I can give you it.

He's called Wayne Schofield. He remaps cars etc, got a proper set up in blackburn. I had a fault on my 306 GTI-6 that Peugeot said I needed a new ecu for (£750!!). He came up, tracked it to an ignition coil and charged me £40 for it! £50 for the coil which I fitted and its sorted! He's the only person in the country that can remap MR2's and some type of porsche I think.

 

Sound guy. Just say you got the number from Andy in Keighley who had the 306 GTI-6. If its ecu related he'll sort it.

ardandy, i think there is a number of people who will vouch for wayne at chipwizards. I think he has been widely used by some of the G60 boys on the forum, Henny rings a bell off hand.
