I've got a Peugeot 406 diesel 2.1 110 bhp. Its very roomy, got a big boot and the engine is nice a torquey (the 90 bhp model is a bit pathetic). They are cheap cars too and you could pick one up from around £1000. Really impressed with the Peugeot diesel engines compared with the tractor engines they put in the vw diesels.

yeah, have always considered the pug diesel engines to be some of the best... i'm just a bit of a badge whore and dont know if i could drive a pug... :oops:
