**Ian** 0 Posted January 26, 2006 (edited) I could really do with a picture of a fusebox off a 1991 G60, I am not sure if my relays are in the right order as mine is getting converted from a 16v to a G60 so there might be a difference in relay positions? + I have a spare relay holder loose above the fusebox with 2 of its 4 wires cut. It has a brown wire(cut) a green(cut) a red/white wire and a red/yellow wire coming out of it :? **Ian** 0 Posted January 27, 2006 Quite different to mine :? I dont have a relay 80, have VW replaced it with a different numbered relay or did the 16v never have relay 80. Its a shame he didnt swap the G60 relays over before selling me the car :(

**Ian** 0 Posted January 27, 2006 Cheers mate that very helpfull, but whats the one above number 53, there is no number on it :?
Supercharged 2 Posted January 27, 2006 Thats from a 92 G60 - the one above 53 is the ECU relay I think, 80 is the Fuel pump relay...
Yandards 0 Posted January 27, 2006 Ok, After looking at my wiring diagram manual for the C relay in position number 12 (So the relay with 80 on it in Supercharged's pic) is the fuel pump relay - this can be numbered 67 or 80. The two relays number 53 in the pic are in positions 10 and 11 and are for the two tone horn. The relay numbered 99 in the pic should be numbered 19 according to my info and is for the wash wipe - this is in position 8. The relay numbered 21 in the pic is for the emergency light (Hazards) and is in position 6. The relay with no number on it should be numbered 18 and is for the X contact, this runs things like the air blower, heated rear window and windscreen wipers. The relay numbered 30 in the pic is for the digifant control unit and according to my manual it should be numbered 53 and is in the number 3 position. The relay numbered 72 in the pic is for the intermitant wipe on the front and rear windows. This is all taken from a UK VW electrical manual for the Corrado but I don't have any updates hence the differing relay numbers.
