glen 0 Posted January 30, 2006 Recently brought a corrado VR6 and am getting my system together and already have: kenwood Ps MD head unit with 6 disc and MP3 adaptor 2 x kicker IX404 amps (4x40rms) precision power 12" PowerClass subwoofer (dual coil) Going to run the sub with one amp both channel bridged and use the other to run some comps up front looking to buy infinty kappa prefect 6.1's with audioscape door pods, a good choice??? any other ideas for up front? budget is £200 for comps and the aduioscape pods are £180!! Phil K 0 Posted January 30, 2006 Having been in C's with the Audioscape set up I can vouch for the performance and would say that it's really the only good way to get HQ sound and sound stage in a C... if money's tight then get the pods and save an extra month for decent components! selbekk 0 Posted January 30, 2006 First of all, congratulations with your new corrado vr6! Enjoy it! Okay, now to what you asked for. Audioscape is awesome, I've heard, but very expensive. Definitely worth the dough, though, so Infinity has a good reputation, but since i'm a die hard focal fan, I'd source some of their v2 stuff. Fit the tweets in the original location, they work really well there.
