oil leak around spark plug no. 2 (from the left)

I just noticed there is some oil on and around the second spark plug from the left. What could this be? I've heard some veery veery slight bad sounds from my engine lately also (around 1800-2200 rpm perhaps, sounds like datatatata really quick if you know what I mean. I am sure you don't). Could this be related or am I just becoming paranoid?

Which size engine?

Could be a spillage from when topping up the oil or could be the rocker cover gasket.
