I have that problem with mine. It's supposed to have had an oil change and the oil pressure is at max when driving hard but the dipstick shows no oil...even after it siting all day :?

Dont drive the car untill you no how much oil is in it!! quick way to shaft the engine. The above measurement (length) will tell you if you have the right dipstick.

Could be the worng plastic tube extension on the dipstick tube?

I'm aware of that but wouldn't it at least read low oil pressure or have the buzzer come on?

I'm going to measure it today as well.

bah out of all things wrong with this car...the dipstick had to be shorter than it should be.

It's all good it could have been much worse I guess.
