anti roll bar bushes

I was changing my bushes to poly on saturday but came unstuck with the arb bushes. do i have to drop the sub frame or what this is a risky business, any advice much appreciated

You need to lower the sub frame away from the body a little to get the clearance to fit them.

 

It was a couple of years ago when I did mine, but I think I loosened the bolts enough to give me the space required.
