ABS ecu replacement question

Hi, I got a good and a bad news for me. The good thing is: I got ABS! I had no idea I did, because there is no ABS light in my interior, and I haven't ever noticed it or needed it for that sake. The bad news is: the abs ecu (?) needs replacing.

 

Now, I'm wondering whether I should find myself a second hand one, or if I should sell my house and buy a new one? How much are they, anyways? My car's a g60.

 

Also, I got a g60 ECU laying around, but I have no idea what it's worth... Any suggestions (and no conspiracies here ;) )?

 

My car will be back tomorrow, and I can't wait! :D
