Sandy 0 Posted February 10, 2003 just got my tyres delivered today :) :) :) :)
Supercharged 2 Posted May 20, 2003 Hmm.. some of the bigger tyres are very well priced and i like the way there prices include vat and delivery - no hidden charges except you gotta get the tyres fitted! Most places will charge at least £7-£10 for this as they need to valve and balance plus they are not making profit on the tyre and will have to pay to dispose your old one! I got 2 A539's (195/50/15V) from X-purt tyres in Ipswich they cost me £41 pounds each all-in - they would have been 38 each from Mytires at the time and there 40 now!! i then got another pair of the same at inters for £50!! - and hopefully X-purt will do me a good deal on fitting as i just bought the others! Supercharged 2 Posted May 20, 2003 One thing i should mention about the Toyo's - they are no-doubt a good tyre and also look good but people who think they are a well priced performance tyre and getting value for money out of them should be aware how quickly they wear (especially on a G60!!!) Sandy 0 Posted May 21, 2003 But you can get them for £70 and they grip like a dream no bothered how long they last.

dubster82 0 Posted May 28, 2003 Well, i went back to order some Pirelli's, Couldn't find them, spent a while searching and they were on there, you just have to look really hard!!! Maybe tryin to shift old stock, try phoning them?
Joe M 0 Posted May 28, 2003 Gettin a set fitted by a localish place for 59 a tyre, they were 48 I think on mytyres then I would have to get them fitted and dispose of old tyres as well. Im pretty happy with the price, even happier as it was the only thing my car failed its MOT on. Will hold off on new wheels now until these tyres are worn. Tom B 0 Posted August 9, 2003 I ordered my Toyo Proxes through rimstyle.com who is run by a Polo owner I know from another forum. He deals with mytyres.net's distributer and does the tyres slightly cheaper than what they do. I've never had a problem with his service.
