Just in case anyone's interested, I have put the pdf's of the above files in my Yahoo! briefcase...

 

If you let me know your Yahoo! ID I can give you the access to download them. (They originally came off the ol' CCGB site I think)

 

Sadly, Yahoo! don't do public folders anymore... :cry:
