vwcvr6 0 Posted June 5, 2006 Hi Quick question, i got HR Coilies and decided to fit my speedlines on, how much space should i have been the tyre an the coilover to be safe, roughly! at the moment i only have 1cm on the rear between the tyre an coilover spring ! also how much do u reckon i can sell my present rims for with good tyres (signature) thxs krish Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Taggart 0 Posted June 5, 2006 I got 2 cheap 5mm spacers on my rear wheels, I could hear rubbing before I fit them. I have left the fronts alone. Actually I think HR say "you may need 5mm spacers with standard whees" rather than saying you do, so if you aren't rubbing, you may be OK. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

vwcvr6 0 Posted June 5, 2006 Damn was tinking of using the 3 mm hub centric ones! wats the minimum gap i need to have for safety reasons!! also any ideas how much i can get for my present wheels!! tinking to go bk to speedlines or get some different rims!!
