Icegeezer 0 Posted July 10, 2006 Calling anyone who has done this mod or had it done... bodyshop are having problems with the mechs on these... 1st of all they got them to work but when window was in and up the mech fouled on the glass and wouldnt open :shock: And now with the window in - all is fine but now the car wont lock... all done by remote c/l anyone got any ideas? or even better pics of the inside so I can see the mech that has been used... sciroccotune 0 Posted July 13, 2006 yeah there was problems with the mech, its all works perfect, just dont understand why it wont lock and stay locked the pump maybe cant pull the lock down far enough, on my car (with the door car off) you can see it pull the lock down, past the point it the returns to after about 10 seconds when the pressure goes, maybe its not getting far enough and the lock is springing back up?? have you watched it from inside> Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Icegeezer 0 Posted July 14, 2006 :twisted: ok how pi$$sed am I just rang body shop to see whats going on... handles dont lock and 2 marks on paintwork, he is going on holiday so I have to pick it up today or leave it there for another 2 weeks, (that will be 17 in total :s) so so angry so I now have to book it into another Body shop that can fix all the problems - and pay again :( Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
