Fog light lenses

Hey,

 

I just bought a pair of rally fog light lenses for my corrado, i know how to install them with silocone glue but i am having trouble taking the old ones off, any suggestions, do i have to heat it??. My passanger side is completely destroyed so i was able to remove most of it but the border is still left and my other side just has a crack going through it, how do i remove them

I dont think he means Rallye as in Golf Rallye, but rally as in aftermarket rally fog lights, there was a thread on here about fog light lenses that fitted the late Corrado fogs a while back.
