Walesy 0 Posted August 10, 2006 But like with any car, you can't put a value on it without having a good look at it. Which is why people are reluctant to answer your 'what's it worth' question :)
Storm_VR6 0 Posted August 10, 2006 VR6 - Thanks for the advice. Walesy - when you look at parkers guide or any other guide to car values, it gives you an idea of 'what's it worth' in poor condition, good condition and A1 condition. Ofcourse, without viewing, it's difficult to value a car accurately. I only wanted to get some sort of idea of howmuch I should advertise for and what forum members would pay for one that is in good condition, good, IMO. because it's a specialist motor, people who are looking for a storm have an idea of what they would want to pay for one. If I was to ask a trader, the cars worth £1500, therefore I ask the advice of Corrado owners to get a more accurate market value that will attract the potential buyer who can then arrange a viewing and determine the condition for himself/herself. Thanks for the advice guys, I'll advertise for £4,750 and see how I get on.
