Supercharged 2 Posted August 13, 2006 well tell us where it was then!?! I assume it was under the blanking plate in front of the gearstick being a mk4 based car??
Dutch24V 0 Posted August 13, 2006 No, it's my secret :) ...It was behind the panel under the steeering wheel that covers the fuses, tucked up on the right-hand side. I couldn't scan it though for some reason so no help after all anyway :( Dutch
W3RKD 0 Posted August 13, 2006 You should be able to scan all the basic setting on the 2001 caddy as we have one and regulary have it plugged in .
Dutch24V 0 Posted August 14, 2006 Hmm, well it tried 4 times to connect on most channels and it failed everytime? I remember trying to scan the VR before stripping her and it didn't work also. It used to work but don't know what's wrong with it now. It's a fully registered version that I bought direct from Ross-Tech too? Dutch
Supercharged 2 Posted August 14, 2006 I may be wrong but it may be the type of lead you have - I think something changes 2000 onwards...
