I got a tankfull of the Shell stuff yesterday

tesco's stuff is poo run it a few times and not nowhere good as optimax

I can't say I've noticed much difference by using Tesco stuff tbh. Optimax is best.

 

Interestingly, I've never had a VW that liked Esso fuel? Anyone else found this?

BP best for torque

Tesco best for power

Optimax arguably the best allrounder, but king of neither power or torque.

 

Ive read 2 reports that both came to this conclusion, with some very fancy testing equipment and consistant tempertures/environments etc etc.

put some v-power in yesterday.. no noticeable difference to any other fuel I've put in, but that's probably down to my dodgy coil pack!! it was 102.9p

Surely all fuels are car-dependant too? So we'd need a test using Rado's to see which gains the most.
