Kamei eyebrow on multi slat grille?

Recommended Posts

anyone done this? i've just ordered an eyebrow from GSF car parts which the guy said 'tapers' in the middle and is lower over the lights, which sounds very much like the Kamei one to me. Seen plenty of photos of them on the later spec grilles, but none on earlyer ones. any photos please?

yeah there are plenty of us in agreement that skid should show it or have it magazine featured as it one damned cool looking minter 8)

as for the blue one i do have another couple of pics of it......but much an such the same.......though i'm sure the present owners will tell you that it is in dire need of serious TLC!!!.........also AFAIK it was for sale on the VWCCGB classifieds for a good year+ and was described as a show-winner :?  but it really needs quite a bit of fettling.........the paintwork btw is a mercedes blue(i think its a SLK colour)

as far as i know, most bodyshops will be able to mix up a match for your paint fairly easily, i'd guesstimate between £30 and £50 for getting it sprayed, unless you're doing what i am and getting other work done at the same time! :D

also if you "prep/key" it you can save on some of the labour cost too

thats the bit you're going to love mate.... £13.75 for the one from GSF! you want part number 89534 from http://www.gsfcarparts.com

I think with delivery it was a couple of quid over £20

Glad i went for it now, looks sweet as on Skid's 8)

you got your GSF grille-spoiler yet chris???......and does it look the same as skid's???

not yet mate, waiting for the new wing so the car can go in for a respray and i'm getting the grille spoiler put on then, although i have 'tried it for size' and it looks exactly like skids! (only black for now)

Is this picture of the eyebrow the one from GSF as when I went in there and asked a while ago they said ot was just a flat one and not the one that raised in the middle over the grille
