Nick 0 Posted October 5, 2006 What sort of temp should i expect my 91 G60 to sit at once warm? Its been so long since it worked, ive forgotten. :oops: Seems to sit half way between 70 and 110, which im assuming is right, but want to double check, incase i cook everything!!! Supercharged 2 Posted October 10, 2006 lamwagon, change the black temp sender first, they under-read with age, do the blue one as well if it's not been changed recently... If you then find that it runs at 90 but gets to 110 in traffic then change the rad fan thermoswitch (yours is only working at stage 2) Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
peteTDI 0 Posted October 11, 2006 it may also be the t/stat stuck open, check the bottom hose on the rad from cold if it worms up as the same time as the rest of the hose's then its time for a new t/stat also open the bonit went its up to 90 and see if the fans running as you my not hear it Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
