AB 0 Posted October 12, 2006 hi just part way through fitting my twin 40's to my 1.8 16v raddo, i have been trying to tidy up my engine bay as well and was thinking about fitting the really early mk1 rad so i could delete my header tank, could anyone advise me on what to do with the hose from the bottom of the header tank, and has anyone run one of these does it make a difference to the running temp. thanks Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
billinjah 0 Posted October 12, 2006 you could use a hose filler to delete it look on demon tweaks they do them now i got mine from summit racing in the us. OR you can use a bmw e30 rad as it has an expansion tank on the side very neat option. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
