Under bonnet sound proofing???

Hey guys ive taken all the sound proofing or whatever it is off my bonnet, mostly because it was falling off. :mad:

Now ive been left with loads of sticky glue any ideas of how to remove it without damaging the paint??? :(

I used some stuff in a tin supplied by James from Audioscape, it had 'thinner' scrawled on the side. I had already tried normal thinners though without much luck. The stuuf from 'scape is good for removing anything sticky though.

 

Once softened a plastic scraper did the trick.
