bcstudent 0 Posted November 20, 2006 Which Porter Cable polisher? According to their website, the 6'' model consumes 444W and the 7'' variable-speed monster consumes 1.2kW. If you've got the 6'' one then a £50-ish 750VA transformer will do, but the 7'' one will need a £70-ish 1500VA transformer. Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Th only info I found was on the US site, and said it was a draw of 3.7A, but I was in a thick mood, and didnt figure out the wattage :oops:. The Screwfix 3kVA at £53 delivered looks pretty good then!
