Selling items to someone in Spain...

Whats the best way to go about this? Ive got a forum member interested in my schrick combination, he stays in Spain and as we dont know each other and obviously theres quite a high value of the parts involved were not sure of the best way to do it.

Understandably hes not too keen on transferring all the money at once in case he never sees the parts, he did offer to pay half then the other half once the goods arrive but I dont think im too keen on this.

 

Any ideas?

It might be worth looking if there's any way of doing a COD payment in Spain. I got some parts from a breaker years ago that I had to collect from the local post office but they only released them to me on payment. Maybe try the various couriers, see if any offer anything similar?

I think paypal would put us in the same position, except id have fees to pay afterwards?
