Riley 0 Posted November 26, 2006 My low beam fecked off somewhere earlier tonight Guessing the fuse in the uprated loom has gone as the sidelights/full beam are fine... Think i should be cool sticking a 15amp fuse in there? although why should it blow in the first place, all the wiring is mint and tight/tidy... Aint this a commonish problem? Neil. The Leningrad Cowboy 0 Posted November 29, 2006 My dipped lights gave up on the country roads of France, so I had to tail my mate in his Karmann Ghia at about 5m behind to have any chance to see where we were going! I fixed it up by disconnecting the full beam bulbs and then locking the stalk on, because the dipped still worked with this. Got back to UK and swapped it back - nothing. Turns out the relays had both gone. Got them here - closest thing to a part numbers are: RLP/4-12 (12v 40A) both, made by Nagares, but I don't know who makes the new ones.
