Golf TDI +reno clio fob replacement

We have a Reno Clio 2001/old model /import I think, one of the key fobs will unlock/lock ok but will not start the car, the other key/fob/remote starts the car ok but will not lock the car.

 

I also have a 2000 VW Golf TDI with one key fob not working on the alarm but will start ok, not much use as the car needs unalarmed

 

where does these does anyone know

there is always some going on ebay... then youj ust need to get it programmed i think.... fro mthe stealers they are mega bucks!
