When i sold it to Laura(Scarlet) from here i'v promissed her the keys but couldnt find them at the time

Aha! I did a bit of searching back through old threads and found where the homemade solid front mount came from then ;)

I'm afraid to say that in the end it bit the dust and a thrash round the Nurburgring finished it off. In the end the centre bolt part came away from the mount and the welding on those four braces cracked too.. its now sitting as an ornament in my garage :D

It was an experiment that worked so well i didnt want to remove it

 

My excuse for bad wellding is lack of gas at that time but i carried on regardless :oops:

 

I'm just pleased valver is still running well even at that milage

 

Just proves my point that valvers are about toughest engines around,especially if looked after!

Owning a seat,audi and couple of golfs now so i'm not sure what to use as my sig
