merc CLK 200 supercharger question

Recommended Posts

hi all,

Im back with a supercharger question :) so if anyone knows mercs please help!

i have a merc CLK (2001) with the 2L charged engine. Normally its spot on but some times it looses power and the ecu reports un-metered air. This is not due to a leak as it has all been checked etc. The specialist has put it down to the 2 valves that seem to regulate the release of waste boost into the exhaust system or some such magic (he knew what they did but I forget the exact function)

I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to re route/delete these valves as per the corrado situation.

i just want to rule them out as the specialist will not be able to take the car until after xmas.

Plus it might sound good as when I had the one closest to the TB off the car sounded class!

The valves I am talking about both connect to a pipe that connects to the inlet just above the TB.

Ill post a pic in the morning

Any help is appreciated guys, thanks as always :)
