woody 0 Posted October 16, 2003 After 90K my shocks and springs are shot. As with everyother bolt on my they are bound to snap when removing the old suspension to fit the new ones. Can anybody tell me what part numbers the bolts are which hold suspension to axles. Failing that can anybody tell me the sizes of bolts, nuts and washers required to do the job. Thanks in advance :-
16VG60 1 Posted October 16, 2003 Hi Woody, the bolts you require are readily available over the dealer parts counter and they will supply by description with ease. The important info here is to ask for two of the modified bolts, one for each strut, these bolts replace the upper of the two bearing housing location bolts and allow a greater degree of camber adjustment. This is essential when setting up the front wheel geometry after your replacement suspension has been fitted. The part no. of these bolts is N 101740.01.
