2.9's and 2.8 Are the boxes the same ???

I'm just wondering if the Corrado 2.9 shares the same Gear box as the Golf 2.8 ????

think for worse..........a mate of mine has a Golf VR and he's always wanting the Corrado 2nd or 3rd gear as the Golf isn't as useful(well according to him.........anyway he had a C VR before his Golf ya see)

i think the american ratios are diffrent (maybe final drive) nut im not at all sure

As Kev says the golf and rado VR boxes are exactly the same, they run the same CCM code gearbox.
