Will the wheels fit a Corrado VR6?

Reckon this has been dealt with a thousand times, but I wasn't around to hear the answers. Will these wheels fit a Corrado VR:

 

ET38 offset 5 stud BMW compact alloys

 

OR THESE

(9.5 J x 17 H2) & (T95717) & (LK112) & (ET35) apparently fitted to Audi S2.

 

What about if I fit spacers? I'm confused. Ideas? (Is the offset the same on a Golf VR as Corrado VR?)Help!
