GRINGOG60 0 Posted October 22, 2003 No they fit the Jetex one which is not foam- it is the wire mesh sort of type one if that makes sense? :? like the K&N They are very good are are just as good if not better at as astandard air box at filtering. they also sound mentle and trottle response is much better ! Si B 0 Posted October 22, 2003 Yes is comes with a nice shiny heat shield and a massive blue cone filter. It looks great, sounds awesome and every little bit helps when it comes to bhp. Check out the "our featured volkswagens" section on http://www.matey-matey.com for some pics of my car including the engine bay with the induction kit fitted. GazzaG60 0 Posted October 22, 2003 buy a filter big get a joining 3" piece connect filter to existing intake pipe. make a heatshield full length of engine bay and up to bonnet so its a shield and not just a piece of metal in the engine bay. go into the wing for more cold air.
