Riley 0 Posted April 26, 2007 Just remember that swirl removal will never ever be infinate, especially on a car thats used on the road. It is worth 'correcting' or bringing the paint up to a good standard, and then from a good base you can keep on top best you can, basically take as many preventative measures as you see fit,to prevent damage to the paint. Total infinate swirl removal/perfection will send you mad...

Andy665 0 Posted April 28, 2007 Clayed my car today for the first time - couldn't believe how much crap came off it, finish is now glass smooth. As a test I put an empty glass on the roof and it just started sliding off, the car was on level ground. Did all bodywork, bumpers, wheels and glass in about two hours. Incredibly simple and definitely worth doing. Used Sonus grey clay but going to keep on top of it with regular going over with Sonus green clay. Jay2 0 Posted May 10, 2007 Collecting all the bits and pieces together for a serious clean of my C, but just have a question? What's the difference between the Carnuba Wax, Stage 3 with the 3-Step Meguiars series and their seperate Clear Coat Liquid Car Wax? :? Many thanks
junzo 0 Posted March 20, 2008 New member and new C owner here, just found this topic and tried the links for the basic tip to washing but they don't seem to work? I was wondering if these tips were available anywhere else? I'll put my hand up and admit to using fairy liquid and an ancient sponge on previous cars but not anymore now I've got my C :) It's red as and it's kept it's colour well so I'm keen to keep it that way.
