what size solid brake pipe?

Recommended Posts

see here

right after searching the forum it looks like the best option for me to get my rear calipers replaced with mk4 and goodridge braided to get my 280mm on the front best is to go the whole hog and replace all the brake lines and flexies

question is what diameter is the copper pipe required and how much do i need?

and what size unions do i need?

also a few peeps have said a £20ish flaring tool is good enough-true?

TIA

ben

Use Kunifer 10 which is 3/16" or 4.75-mm if I remember well but if you go to a factors just ask for brake pipe and M10x1sw11 metric ends.
