Lowered Bilsteins shot, can I replace with OE?

My rear Billies Sportline shocks are shot, does anyone know if I can replace them with OE Billies and retain the springs? How much will the ride height be affected? :?

Should have no effect on ride height as this is down to the springs (but check where the spring platforms sit on the damper body)

 

Will feel less harsh compared to the fronts though.
