Henny 0 Posted March 7, 2007 924/944 were straight 4s and 928 was a (beast of a) V8 Calibra V6 was 4x4 wasn't it? I know the turbo version was at least... :|
Andy665 0 Posted March 7, 2007 There was a 150BHP 2.0 16V 4x4 Calibra and the 2.0 16V Turb0 was 4x4, all the V6's were FWD. It can only be a reasonably new Merc (all earlier Merc 6's were inline), an Omega V6 or a Granada / Scorpio
The_Dude 0 Posted March 7, 2007 One of these? Not really German though...

A20 LEE 0 Posted March 7, 2007 obviously traumatized by having a desireable car stolen he's got in complete the opposite direction. You can leave a V******l on the drive running and it will still be there the next day apparently.

Walesy 0 Posted March 8, 2007 Haha, sweet! I've owned countless Omegas, all were the 2.016v Autos, I used to salivate at the thought of having the 'Elite' V6 :) (I didn't realise they did a manual though!) They're great cruising cars , sooooo comfy. And, despite what people think - they're pretty bloody reliable, I sold a couple that were on over 250K miles with the original auto box etc and still driving as smooth as a baby's bum :) Get some pics up! LJ 0 Posted March 8, 2007 Lippy, Good car choice! Driving a 3ltr Senator/Omega Elite hire car on twisty roads and pressing all the dash buttons, was my first introduction to Cruise Control. Auto box kicked down and off it shot into the corner! A fun big car :-)
