Cnut 0 Posted March 29, 2007 All the bits to my new ICE setup have now finally arrived. I'm running a 4 channel amp to a set of components up front plus a couple of subs at the rear. The amp wiring kit I purchased came with one set of RCA leads. Will I need 2 sets of RCA leads? because my headunit has: front, rear and sub RCA outputs and the amp has: front, rear inputs + an aux output. VR6 South 0 Posted March 29, 2007 you will need two. One for the sub and one for the front
Cnut 0 Posted March 29, 2007 Thanks, does the connection from the headunit to the amp go: sub to rear or rear to rear?! If you understand what I mean!
VR6 South 0 Posted March 29, 2007 The sub out should go to the two channels powering your subs. If you are only running front components the rear output from the head unit will not be used.
