I looked at these wheels at the start of the year. Wasnt sure if 15's would look ok but they look great!! Whats the ET? 25?

Dubprince, Ill let you know the paintcode but i think there is only a black (mine) and metallic black (Stevemac's)

 

Must admit my mate a paint spraying did the lights ! He's got another set for me that I have asked to be sprayed in red by next weekend - hopefully I'll get them back....fingers crossed !!

 

Been out today in the car and the front spoiler catches on the drive, roadbumps, drive etc so Ill have to get a smaller later edition spoiler of raise the ride height.

 

Jetex exhaust bangs sometimes on the road so I will have to see if I can twist it round for more clearance or replace it, never fitted that well though as it used to knock with rear passengers at the orig. ride height !

Ian, pop over any night....sure I'll be outside cleaning the car ! done 230 miles and need a another couple of hundred miles b 4 i see how quick the car is...........loads of torque low down though

thanks kindly steve...which of the two blacks is most common? i.e. available on all specs, and many of the years in production? :)

 

Metallic Black - like mine is very rare - I know of only 1 other !! 8)

 

I'm not sure of the availability of it was & what models it was available for tho

Taken rear G60 badge off.

De-wipered the rear hatch

Painted Calipers with hammerite black

 

After visit to G-Werks :D

 

Rebuilt Top end - compression now very high

New No3 Piston - bl*ody thing cracked in two places :|

G60 Golf Intercooler

Rebuilt Supercharger

Mocal Oil Cooler

Boost return taken off and carbon filter.

Things I will be doing

 

Paintless dent remove a few parking dents

Put the snorkel back in the filter box

Cold Air feed pipe to bottom of the filter box

Grey Recarrro leather, black recarro leather or maybe even Porsche fronts and the rear re-trimmed as it looks wicked on Renshaw's :lol:

Make a contribution to Andi for running the site.

 

Picture taken down @ Devil's Dyke today : saw a tasty N plate VR6 with C-Forum stickers on the M23 on the way back.....

just had the car rolling roaded......191bhp with 150bhp @ the wheels......Torque a whopping 210lb's Thanks G-Werks

could not resist....bought for 850 just needs a head gasket.All old mots,stickers where they s/be,fsh excellent nick and just 78k

Cpl more shots since Ive lowered the rear again and had some paint work done - rear number plate surround and the passenger door.

u need air ride man,,,,

 

whats ur car like height-wise do the sump hit on bumps etc coz im planning running mine much lower
