double-6s 0 Posted May 18, 2007 Hi Was just wondering...... Assuming you don't need any forward/backward adjustment, can any seat just be bolted straight to the floor of a rado without subframes etc? I should say a stripped out rado primarily for track use. Sorry if it's a stupid question :)

tallpaul1977 0 Posted May 19, 2007 Hi, when putting bucket seats in to my track Corrado, I welded metal strengthing plates to the floor and mounted the side frames to the metal plates. One problem with the Corrado is the metal bar that runs across the floor that the original seat mounts to, as this gets in the way of positioning the seat. Im 6 foot 7 and so I managed to mount my seats behind the bar and I can still reach the pedals. If you need anymore help let me know
KADVR6 0 Posted May 19, 2007 double6's wont have the problem with the positioning of the seat, how can i say it?? he is not the tallest person on here, but he will have to make sure the welding is very very strong....
