Dishes on Borbet A's

Can anyone please tell me what is the factory finish that Borbet A dishes come in.

 

Is it bare metal polished

Metal polished and laquered

Or

Diamond cut and laquered

 

At the moment i think mine are bare metal polished but I don't think this would be the original finish :?

 

They are going on a daily driver so I probably won't have the chance to keep ontop of keeping the polished finish. Therefore, i'm after the best finish that will keep them looking shiny, but also require less effort than bare metal polished to maintain them.
