Help - Piranha alarm playing up

My Piranha fobb will lock the car and set the alarm, but it won't unlock the car. Any ideas? :(

Same button on fob to lock / unlock? If not then try another or open it to see if the button is faulty? before you start messing around with the car. I take it the central locking works from the key in the door handle?

Hi, yes there is only one button on the fob for opening and closing. The central locking works fine with the key. When you press the fob to open the car back up, the lock solenoids make a noise but nothing actually happens.

OK, I've replaced the door solenoid, but this has not worked. Any ideas folks, I'm getting desperate :mad:

Mine is doing exactly the same. The battery was disconnected for a while then I reconnected it and the alarm didn't work at all then it decieded to wake up and all was fine for about a week. Then suddenly the above problem started. Any Ideas anyone???
